Frockabilly

As part of my facebook group giveaway I am giving away a gift hamper worth over R500 to the best pic sent in of you wearing one of my jewellery pieces. I was over the moon when I received an email from the Durban designer Lisa Hayes-Foley who had used two of my pieces in a shoot she did recently for her clothing label Frockabilly

I then spent the next hour on her blog getting to know the girl behind the label. She describes herself as an "aspiring pin up model, in betweensie, believer" and is a lover of all things vintage.

"Why did I choose the name Frockabilly?
Well, a frock is a dress. And Rockabilly is one of the earliest styles of rock and roll music, and emerged in the early 1950s. An era that I love. "
